No plane tickets yet + price of flights just JUMPED over the past few days = It's now looking VERY iffy again for Mary and I to make it after all.
I am opening pre orders for honey rum deliveries at DragonCon 2013 to raise the $400 to cover the increased flight cost.

Also, given how AWESOME this last batch turned out, I have no issues with delivering the promised prepays from last year (Quality of the batch is no longer an issue it's just that good )

Update: Between here and Facebook I've got orders for Eleven bottles already, so that puts us $220 closer to the $400 goal!

Given the quick response that I've gotten, just go ahead and send payment to pixie.tom at the Mail of G through Paypal. I will send you back a confirmation email with the number of bottles. If you want them earlier than DragonCon of next year, we'll work something out.

I need the money in the account as close to the 26th as possible so that I can cover the flights off of that check before they go up any more (We're going SouthWest due to the sheer amount of luggage that we'll need to carry all that booze in given TSA regs of 5 liters per bag)

Thank you everyone for your help, I will also be making a batch using Apple Rum as the base and have those for sale separately, but the batch will be green still, so the flavors won't be fully blended by September. (But perfect for October! )

We've got a $140 recieved, $400 pledged, I was able to borrow enugh money to get good prices on the flights now, so long as people can pay on their requests by the end of the month I'll use the extra money to make more honey rum!
I'll go ahead and list the "Do not open until" month on each bottle from the green batch that I bring with

I tested the batch last night....
And promptly poured all of my personal reserve - about a liter and a half worth - that I pour a bit of every patch in to - into to mix thouroughly with the newest batch.

It's that good. I shit you not.

so the green batch that I'll be selling may be good enough for drinking on the spot, but as always, it gets better with age
