Okay, so as most of you know, I am pregnant. Now, the cool news is, I finally got into the Dr yesterday and we got an exact due date and a gender. I'm due May 7th! And I'll let you figure out the gender

My suggestion is if any of those names belong to or are offered by any relations, seriously consider some not related.
I speak from experience with my daughters.

Lucian eh?. From latin Lucius, Lucere, to shine. One of the most used names in roman ages.
Nah... i am pretty shitty in name giving, and especially with english ones. We have decided that Lucian is going to be the first name. It's not too common here, and most American names we shot down so quickly. I'm not kidding. Car ride home took about 3 hrs yesterday (stupid STUPID Portlanders who can't drive in the freakin' snow), and the whole way they're (mom, grandma, and mother-in-law) are coming up with names, and each one, the male and I are just shooting them down. Three hours of shooting down names, I was ready to strangle someone by the end of the drive. Oh, and I was the one driving.Originally posted by Llewellian View Post

I went with something else as I like the name Lucian but neither of the second names thrilled me. Not that my opinion should matter as he is your son and the naming of your first born should be yours to decide.
