Yes, as in the science of thinking.

truthfully it was the best undergrad major ever. I expanded my capacity of analytical thought and logical analysis. Concepts and bullshit, arguments, and paper writing... i got lots of great skills with a relatively low amount of needed course work (all the courses were kind of fun anyway) and got to use the rest of my time to do extra curricular activities.

and what kind of job would I get? what are you nuts? you cant get a job with philosophy unless you go get some sort of different masters/law degree(where most people go) or a philosophy PHD, which means you can teach philosophy at college or just be a bum.

truthfully i work in Finance now for my dad which is gonna change in a month because... i hate it. I'm moving to orlando to work for the mouse.

Hmm. Do they come in fluorescent, too? You could set up UV lights (low intensity, no UVa or UVb, very low skin cancer risk) to swirl or sweep or just be split into bands of light, and have charged-up GITD and fluorescent body paints in weird patterns on all participants and make some really trippy porn. You could even make it 12-rated full nudity if you got it just right. Is that idea patented yet? Jennie, get on that!

That's fun with some moisturisers, facial scrubs, body glitter and toothpastes at a LaserQuest game, too. You get camouflage patterns on your face. Camouflage of normal and green shine, which isn't much use ...

Well that settles it. I'm definately insane. Cuz if I hadn't gone with art, I woulda gone with psychology as a major. So I'm doing art, and then just kinda making all my general education classes psych related when I can.

I'd be an awesome insane psych major. Like right now, I'm totally writing a paper on porn and how it relates to sex crimes. I got wierd looks today walking out of the library with two books labled "Pornography" in big bright capital letters.

I considered psych as a major...then I had a bit of a nervous breakdown during Abnormal Psych. That answered that question. Still have an incomplete for it.

I'm not so interested in college these days. I'm dying to learn, and I'd love to take classes, but I really don't care about a degree or matriculation, or jumping through the hoops that CUNY demands.

If I had even a fraction of the art skills all of you seem to have, I'd probably have a degree by this point. But, alas, I have no art skills. I can draw stick figures, and that's about it.

I may ask people to draw on me at DC... I've always loved ink.

I know a guy in high school that wrote a paper on that I think. It was either sex crimes or just in particular rape. He said the teacher wanted him to add in information on pedophilila and other Creepy Carl Crimes. It ended up being a really good first draft.

Main problem with most of 'em, they start with the assumption that porn causes sex crimes, and find facts to fit their claims *shrugs* Sorta like gun control 'studies' on both sides...They pick and choose the facts they want to use FAR more than is valid, IMO
