Long story short, a mail carrier is lobbying to have kilts added to the postal uniform options. When I saw the article, the first thing I thought was "damn, that sounds like it could be a Devil's Panties strip"

love that the guy who is not of standard build is trying to get something added in to the standard issue...

if the post office doesn't make it an option for everyone they should make it an option for him because of the damage caused by wearing "normal" clothing....

but.... i think jennie should help lobby for the guy... after all it is one more guy in a kilt and the chance to use the leaf blower lol

i'm wracking my brain but if i remember correctly the ladies can't wear skirts themselves except for those with religious need to do so. even then it can't be no higher then the bottom of your knee and must appear "professional"
