I do get 'food drunk' when I do an extreme-overeat. Have learned not to drive after such occurrences; I nearly ran over a pedestrian once (no alcohol involved).

extreme-overeat = spare food in the esophagus, because the stomach is too full.... to the point of having to tilt one's chin upwards to keep an open airway.
