  • marketing to webcomics

I've already got a store set up long ago.

If I had clones I'd have the website transferred over to that webcomic code program and then put the "buy this comic" and "buy this comic on a t-shirt" thing set up. Though it would take years to set up because I'd have to re-name and upload all the strips.
but that's on my "to do" list after digging the moat for my castle and getting the oil changed on my Viper.

There's that whole they bite and then the needing anti-venom thing....

Not to mention you oil it to much and it just spits at you... Snakes what can you do with them????

With this one you can go very fast. And on the freeway you can catch that dude that cut you off.

About a year ago in Tomball I saw a cop that had both a Viper and a Corvet pulled over.

Well, if you fly the Viper back to Galactica, you can always nuke the cop AND the radio from orbit. Problem solved.

          So say we all.

there HAS to be a minion on here who has some technical skills who could make a program to convert the strips .. or if you have em on like a CD or DVD or something .. and have it uploaded.. or maybe it could be split up by year .. so that no single minion is overwhelmed.. and the goddess can continue her work.. and make more money .. then make more work.. making more money ..and then sooon .. after family guy would be "the devils panties" as a prime time cartoon...

i will volunteer to help convert and upload .. the least i could do is trade a bit of my time for all the entertainment and friendships i've gotten from DP ...

            (and yes.. i'm serious)

If the renaming can be a partial of the origninal and something else or a numbered series, then it is a simple 10 line command on a linux system will step through the whole folder and you can go make a pot of coffee.

If Jennie can isolate the strips in a folder somewhere reachable on line it might be done remotely with a file sharing program, and both can go make a pot of coffee.

As long as the file names are in a particular pattern I could do it in about 10 lines as well in php.

                  Just saying there are options.

rename them all while using Irfanview, no matter what the name is.
The name will look something like
devilspantiescomics-00001.jpg and just goes up to devilspantiescomics-99999.jpg

or sort them by year (for easy use
here is a manual howto do it with pixies and all

Batch Renaming Using Irfanview - posted in Images, Image Editing, Image Viewing Mini-Guides: Batch Renaming Using IrfanviewGuide OverviewThe purpose of this guide, is to teach you how to batch rename a group of images, using Irfanview.Batch renaming, is the process of taking a group of images with different names, changing them to the same name, and numbering them sequentially (001, 002, 003, etc.).An example of where Batch Renaming could prove to be useful:You took 5 pictures of a sunset,...

it can even leave the original directory structure intact while using the "advanced option" in the batchconversion menu
