Panties in a bunch

Book 1 and book 2 soft cover are the two DP books I don't have and it's hard as hell to get them from the local comic shop as most aren't available through diamond right now and there's not even a listing for #2 soft cover. I ordered in the other comics in with no problem but that was at a different comic shop and I don't know what they did. So is this just what people go through to get a little known independent comic or is there something I can tell the shop owner that can help.
