Obby - this is a completely normal sandwich and nothing to do with pregnancy. Now if she added pickle relish to the mix, then I'd get a bit worried.

I'm in Jennie's camp 'cause I routinely mix peanut butter with a chocolate spread (Nutella for example) instead of a jelly or jam as PB and chocolate belong together! And need to be in my mouth... NOW!!
